WHAT RESULTS SHOULD YOU EXPECT

The main focus of this challenge is to lose weight but we are focusing on fat loss. Over the course of the 6 week challenge you should expect to lose between 1-2 pounds per week. As well as losing weight you should expect to gain large amounts of knowledge on how to successfully sustain a calorie deficit. The idea of this challenge isn’t to starve you. We want to make losing weight as easy as possible for you.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL WEEK LOOK LIKE

You will have full access to over 18 online classes per week which can be done in the comfort of your own home. On top of this you will have full access to all of our classes on-demand which can be done anywhere and anytime. We will answer any questions you have and help to educate you with our weekly articles. On a Sunday we will check in with you to reflect back on the week and how we can help you improve.

You will have full access to 18 online classes and added access to all classes on-demand which can be done from anywhere around the world. If you have any injuries no need to worry as we will try to provide as many alternatives to each exercise as possible to suit your needs.

As part of our 6 week challenge welcome pack you’ll receive two online healthy recipe books.

We will add you into a support group on Facebook. In here we will answer any questions for the group and also add in daily tips and support to help you reach your goal. These groups are amazing and soon become a small community of people all striving for fat loss.

The plan is really easy to follow. I found the goal sheets really motivating and a good way to stay on track each day which quickly turns into each week as you progress. The calorie guide is generous I found it helped educate me on where and when I might be over-eating which means I’ve implemented some changes that I’ll carry forward even after the challenge. All in all I would recommend this plan to anyone. If you stick to it you will get results. If you have off days the key is to get back on it and not give up. How much is the challenge?

The whole 6 weeks will cost a total of £59. This includes 24/7 support in a private VIP Whatsapp group, unlimited access to our online classes, 2 x recipe books and classes on-demand + much more.

Can I do the challenge even though I have no access to the gym?

Yes, the entire challenge has been designed to be completed from the comfort of your own home. These classes and workouts can be done from anywhere around the world.

Will I have to cut carbs?

No, we believe that the best way to sustain a weight loss goal is to be as flexible as possible whilst sticking to a calorie deficit and increasing activity levels. You will not be required to cut out any major food groups from your diet during this challenge.

I’ve tried all diets with no success…

This challenge will set you simple daily goals which will make everything you’ve ever read about or been told about seem much clearer. We set you on a very simple path to fat loss and you’ll never struggle to lose weight again.

Will I have to cut out alcohol and other foods I enjoy?

As part of the 6 week challenge we will set you four different daily goals. One of which is no alcohol however, we realise this will be hard for some people. So if you do decide to have an a glass of wine or a bottle of beer all we ask is that you track this in your calories. What you eat throughout the day is entirely up to you however it has to fit in with your calorie allowance.
